• Once the design and development are approved by the client, any additional changes may incur extra charges.
• Projects will be considered completed if there is no response or input from the client for 15 consecutive days after the initial delivery.
• Use of any abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity may result in termination of service without a refund.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only basic data like your name, email, phone number, and business details solely to provide our services.

• We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third party.
• Data submitted through forms is stored securely and used only for communication, project delivery, and updates.
• For third-party tools like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, cookies may be used to track website traffic for internal optimization only.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Go Online Bharat, we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our services:

• Domain registration, hosting, and email services are non-refundable once processed.
• Website development and consultation services are eligible for refund only if no work has started within 48 hours of payment.
• If you cancel the service after development has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining work.
• Custom packages or promotions are not eligible for refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• The final project, once delivered and full payment is received, belongs to the client (except third-party plugins or proprietary software).
• Go Online Bharat reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional material.
• Unauthorized reuse or resale of templates, codes, or designs created by Go Online Bharat without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee instant Google ranking or specific search engine positions. SEO is a long-term process.
• Go Online Bharat is not liable for any third-party service failures (e.g., hosting downtime, domain provider issues, or platform restrictions).
• We are a freelancer-based service operating remotely. We do not maintain a physical storefront and work by appointment only.
